This Agreement for Marketing Campaign Services (the “Agreement”) is between Corefact Corporation, and the Client (together known as the “Parties”), for the performance of said Marketing Design and Direct Mail Services by Corefact.

Term of Agreement: This is a twelve month agreement between the Parties which will renew on a month-to-month basis unless writen notice is given by either of the Parties.

Upon execution of the Agreement, Corefact will provide the following services on behalf of Client:

1. Consulting with Client to choose 12 campaign postcards from Corefact’s online template and consult on uploading headshot, mailing database, etc.
2. Provide layout proof to Client for approval of postcard contact information, etc. (typically one week). Any changes (beyond standard online cards) requested by Client will be accommodated to the extent possible, but will be subject to change fees of $100 per hour.
3. Corefact will process and deliver to USPS for mailing to Client’s designated mailing list monthly via standard mail.
4. Corefact shall bill Client(s) monthly via credit card (or, where applicable, debit the monthly payment against any remaining Purchase Point balance in Client’s account) prior to printing and mailing.
5. Client agrees to Corefact texting notifications regarding campaigns. Standard messaging rates may apply.
6. If this is a co-branding campaign, the primary account holder will be responsible for fulfilling a minimum commitment of 12 mailings, with each mailing consisting of at least 250 mailers.

Monthly Mailings: It is understood Client will mail, at minimum, once a month, continuously for the first term of the agreement (12 months). Should Client’s mailing list change in quantity, the monthly billing will be adjusted as long as a minimum of 250 cards per month is maintained.

Early Termination: If the Client wishes to terminate the agreement before the end of the first term, a $500 cancellation fee will be applied.

Client Expectation: Although Corefact goes through great efforts to provide industry-leading data, marketing content and strategy to its Elite Campaign customers, Corefact cannot guarantee specific results and will not be held liable if results do not meet customer expectation.
